Our services are intended for adults. If you believe a minor provided personal data please contact us to remove it.

These Terms govern your access to and use of www.makemyreel.ai and related pages including the waitlist. By using the site or submitting your email you agree to these Terms.

Beta and early access
We may offer early access features. Beta features are provided as is and may change, break or be discontinued. We may limit or revoke access at any time.

Eligibility
You must have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement. You are responsible for complying with the laws and platform rules that apply to your use.

Accounts and communications
Information you provide must be accurate. By joining the waitlist you consent to receive service emails about access and product updates. You can unsubscribe at any time.

Acceptable use
You will not misuse the site. This includes no unlawful activity, no infringement of intellectual property or privacy rights, no harassment, no attempts to bypass security, and no interference with the site or connected platforms.

Content and intellectual property
You retain rights to content you upload or generate, subject to the licenses necessary for us to operate the service. MakeMyReel and associated marks, software, templates and documentation are owned by us and protected by law. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer or redistribute our software or assets except as permitted by law.

Third party services
You may connect third party accounts such as Instagram, Telegram or WhatsApp. You authorize us to act within granted permissions to schedule posts or send messages. Third party terms apply to those services.

Payments and monetization
If paid features are offered they will be billed through our payment processor and subject to pricing displayed at checkout. Taxes may apply. We may update pricing with notice.

Disclaimers
The site and beta features are provided as is and as available without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error free operation or that results will meet your requirements.

Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages or any loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill. Our aggregate liability for all claims relating to the service is limited to the greater of one hundred euros or the amounts you paid to us in the twelve months before the claim.

Indemnity
You will defend and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the site or violation of these Terms.

Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for any violation of these Terms or for security reasons. You may stop using the site at any time.

Governing law
If you are located in the EEA or UK mandatory consumer protection laws of your country apply in addition to these Terms. Otherwise these Terms are governed by the laws of Germany without regard to conflict of laws rules. Venue will be the competent courts of Berlin, Germany.

Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
